$80 for 20 Minutes of Legal Help
You should have an attorney at your side, every step of the way. Some parents cannot afford that. Others are simply in the information gathering phase and not ready to take the step of retaining counsel.
For such situations we offer a unique program of legal help via phone or email, at $80 for up to 20 minutes. If you need additional time, the cost is $3 per minute.
To use this service, call our office at 415 479 4200 or 310 235 2600. If an attorney is available, you will be helped right away. Otherwise we will return your call. Alternatively you can communicate by email for the equivalent of these 20 minutes (but remember that time is counted for us to read your email and write our response). Credit card is required for this program, and payment must be made at the start of the phone call or email. The time taken for processing credit card payments is NOT counted as part of your 20 minutes!
We have found that many parents get substantial help from the first 20 minutes of dialogue. That 20 minutes may or may not bring you good news but, on the other hand, getting accurate legal information is often the best news you could expect.
