Do you need to replace your attorney?
At Warren Law Group PC, our clients often reach out to us to fix something not done right the first time around. This is unfortunate, because it usually means you are not already where you need to be in your case.
We welcome such clients, and have some experience in fixing broken cases. It is a question of how badly the case first went, and whether it can be salvaged. So while we cannot fix everything, we can give you an honest assessment about what we see as possible, and can also speak frankly to let you know if we think it would mean throwing good money after bad.
But even small support payments....$500 a month...on a young child can mean over $100,000 in the long run. Getting correct orders is very important. But not seeing and being with your child is something that goes beyond any price.
It does not matter where you or the child now lives. At issue is whether California issued orders in this case. If another state has control of the case and the child did not live in California, you need a lawyer in that other state.
If you are serious about getting your case back on track, we are interested in talking to you. We will need to see the orders issued by the court, and the pleadings that both parents filed in the case. But first, contact us and let's see if it is a situation where Warren Law Group PC and you might be a good match.
