In California, the law is gender blind; no bias can favor or disfavor a parent simply because they are the mother or they are the father.  If the courts truly enforced the law in a gender blind manner, parenting would be easier, and kids would be better off.  But if you are reading this page, you may have already experienced the discrimination that some fathers are experiencing.  We want to help.
